Target Listing
The Target Listing module provides three valuable tasks that allow composition of several parallel targets lists, with each one matching a specific list of criteria. The company search task contains a smart search functionality, which narrows down results by adding quantitative and qualitative queries. The company view task opens an advanced interface of company fundamentals and financial ratios. The interface includes simple forecast functions, inflation and FX conversion, as well as other analysis functionalities. Suitable companies could then be added to generate a personalized target list.
Benchmarking
The Benchmarking module provides three powerful comparison tools for management and analysis. The industry benchmark allows comparison of any quantitative figure in a company matrix to an industry classification benchmark. Similarly the Geographic benchmark offers the ability to compare a company to another typical company in a geographic region. For a comprehensive understanding of companys' relative performance the Comparison Graphics provides a variety of charts and graphs.
Due Diligence
The Due Diligence module contains a series of complex tasks that lead to the creation of a comprehensive business model and complex forecasts. This includes Macro Economics scenarios, industry and competition research, WACC generation and Risk analysis, News and Research browse and people insight.
The Valuation module is the final and the most advanced part of the M&A process. The Module is based on data generated earlier in the process and provides a series of financial valuation models such as DCF, Tobin’s Q and case specific models for unique cases.
